1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at social.urbankrishi@gmail.com. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may proceed with a return after receiving the product.

2. Shipping Charges

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
  o The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  o You have proof of purchase.
• To initiate a return, contact us at social.urbankrishi@gmail.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.

3. Refund Policy

• Once we receive your returned product and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
  o Products that are used or damaged after delivery.
  o Products returned after the 7-day return window.
